What to do when you forget her name

Quick blog on an awesome idea that I just learned from a girl I met last weekend. As you go out meeting women and people in general, you will tend to get so distracted, specially in clubs, that you will tend to forget their name. I lost a couple of girls specially post make out and after being with them for about an hour, cause they got so offended that I did not remember their name. They may rationalize “this guy is probably full of shit that does not even remember my name, so he probably doesn’t give a fuck about me”.

If you read the best selling book “How To Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnagie. He talks about how important is to know and repeat peoples name in a conversation to make them feel important. With that being said,  I am so horrible remembering names, that I have forgotten the names of exes and girls I slept with. Yes, it  is really that bad.

Basically, she forgot my name. So instead of doing what everybody else would do which is to say “sorry, you are gonna kill me for this, but what is your name again, i kind of forgot”. What she did is to ask “hey! how you spell your name so I can save it in my contact list”.  That shit is Brilliant!

So from now on instead of saying to a girl “what is your name again?” Say “hey how do you spell your name?”. Out!
