First, lets review the Basic on losing or gaining weight: calories is nothing more than energy, 1 pound of weight is equal to 3, 500 calories…. Now lets take me for example, I am 6″1′, 190 pounds(yes i lost about 48 pounds so no bs) I am over 35, I do activities 5-7 times a week, so if I go to this calorie calculator to get an estimate of my maintenance (this means if i eat the maintenance amount of calories, I will not gain or lose weight, but remain the same) ;my maintenance is (estimate)= 2800, so if I eat 2,800 a day, i will remain at 190 pounds and I will neither GAIN OR LOSE WEIGHT.
So if I want to lose a pound per week i need a deficit of about 500 so: 2800-500=2,300 (500 times 7=3,500 deficit, therefore I will lose 1 pound per week)….. So no matter what the fuck I eat if i eat 2300 calories even eating MacDonalds (more on this later)… With that being said in my experience is optimal to use foods that are a bit high in protein (cause protein fills you up and helps you maintain muscle), this is because when you lose weight you are in the risk of losing muscle and look like an anorexic niggar, which is not attractive (you will look like the actor in the picture which will dry a vagina), so I advice at least 1 pound of protein per body weight.
On the contrary if i want to gain weight, it would be my maintenance of 2800 plus 500=3300= 1 pound gained per week get it?
The main important thing, is to track your calories via myfitnesspal…. If you work out and you do not track your calories, you are just wasting your time, useless…. (took me years of stubbornness, to get me to count my shit in my fitness pal and measure my food)…. I was like “nah i know what i am doing, too much work, fuck that, i do portions, i know” which cause me to be fucking buff (look at my early videos) while working out and eating clean foods… So again, if you do not track do not even waste your time working out...
Now that we got that out of the way here:
Intermittent fasting is the process of eating your calories in a block of time, and fasting the rest of the time some of the benefit are:
Convenience.- the bro science of eating 6 times a day is just so annoying and uncomfortable. With intermittent fasting you have the luxury to eat once a day if you wish, twice a day, 3 times a day or whatever is CONVENIENT TO YOU… I eat twice a day, it is what works for me… However, my new main likes to eat once a day, it is what works for her.
Lack of Hunger.- Since you are fasting you are less likely to get hungry, when I was eating 6 times a day small meals like a bird, like faggot, like an anorexic bitch, i was constantly hungry and sometimes it was easy to get cravings which cause you to CHEATING aka overeating beyond your maintenance, when I cheated and got hungry with the 6 times a day method was usually when i pass the 3 hour eating window… Example: when i was following bro science and i was eating 6 times a day, lets say that for whatever reason after i ate at 12 and my next meal was no later 3, if i was with a girl/client or whatever and got to eat at 5 i was super hungry and over ate…. You do not need not fucking cocoa, or tea or whatever the fuck people are talking about, you should not get hungry if you do this shit right…(again 1 pound of protein per body weight ideal)
With intermittent fasting following my example if I eat 1000 calories in 1 meal, I will be so full that to eat the next meal in that 8 hour window would be kind of difficult, and then…. another big ass 1300 calorie meal…
FLEXIBILITY: this is huge lets say i am craving MacDonald on a Tuesday…. Lets say i eat my 1000 calories breakfast and I have room for another 1000 calories, I can go to MacDonald and get a big mac, fries, diet Pepsi, couple of cookies and since is about 1000 calories i will still lose weight…. If you go to the Hodge Twin channel you notice them eating all types of fast food and look better than 99% of the population and they are about 45, this is exactly how they are able to do it…
Results: You will see your weight drop and keep dropping, and it may never come back (as long as you keep doing what works and keep eating at maintenance or below) long term… People will complement you on how good you look all the time (will do a future post on how it relates to seduction and success with women), and want you to share your secret…. Do this shit right! learn it and you can take your fuck buddies and mains to increase at least 2 points doing my fixer upper shit…(my current main just went for modeling photo shoot):
