4. She’s unconscious or asleep.
5. She is mentally retarded
6. She is underage.

If none of the above seven things apply, he is NOT a rapist.
Now based on the story I posted, the players involved could be guilty of rape due to her being intoxicated (#3) or her being unconscious (#4).

Here is the problem I have based on reading that “lay report”, this is how I interpret the story:
Couple of knuckleheads players wanna be that pulled a couple of girls that had been drinking (based on the report I did not get the feel they were drunk/unconscious)

Anyways, with the retarded society we live now a days here is my advice:
1.- DO NOT FUCK DRUNK OR UNCONSCIOUS WOMEN.
2.- If you are having a one night stand or a single night lay and you do cocky funny or asshole game, do not kick them out, get rid of them in a nice way and mitigate problems. One way I learned to get rid of a girl fast is after fucking them get dress and say “I have to go to work and meet a client”, get dress and walk them to the car, get in your car and drive to a corner or place by your house (stay there for 10 minutes and go back to your crib). I learned this lesson the hard way after this tale of the club incident.
3.- Be aware of women mood and body language. It is not the same a serious face “STOP” , that an “oh i don’t think we should do this”.
